The Result
In capturing the spirit of Harris Campers, we aimed to go beyond showcasing just the practical comforts of a camper van. We wanted the visuals to connect viewers with nature. Evoking a sense of wanderlust for the open road and the serenity of untouched landscapes was the top of our list.
From the peaceful quiet of Scottish hills to the freedom of a sunset drive, we wanted to highlight the joy of escaping daily routines, discovering new corners of the world, and finding moments of quiet solitude in an otherwise busy life.
Our goal was to evoke a sense of longing, of curiosity, and above all, of freedom - which is the essence of what Harris Campers offers.
The Solution
Together with the owners of Harris Campers, Squinty Pixels had the honour of travelling in one of the premium camper vans to scenic destinations in the Scottish Central belt.
Arriving at the Old Man of Storr on the isle of Skye, our expert drone pilots wasted no time in capturing the beauty of the Scottish countryside - and the sleek looking camper van within it!
Using our Mavic 2 Pro drone and sony camera, Squinty Pixels filmed content for creating the promotional videos and visuals that Harris Campers would need to launch their brand in style.
The Challenge
Harris Campers is an up-and-coming liesure and lifestyle brand looking to make an impact in the competitive travel and tourism industry. They offer unique staycation experiences in premium camper vans, which holiday-makers-come-adventurers can use to travel the rural routes of Scotland and the wider UK.
Harris Campers had a need for inspiring visuals that would help them stand out in a saturated market. They reached out to Squinty Pixels for a collection of promotional videos and launch trailers that would serve as firm footing for the debut of the Harris Campers brand.
Our expert drone pilots have a love for capturing the beauty of the Scottish outdoors, and so we set ourselves to work immediately!
